Thornproof Tweed Fabrics
Normal tweeds are woven from single yarns, but Thornproof tweed is made from 2-fold twisted yarns producing a durable cloth. hence the namesake thorn-proof. This cloth although a medium weight tweed at 18oz, is ideal for hunt coats and sidesaddle habits that will be worn primarily in th countryside due to it being snag resistant.
Scottish Cheviot Tweed Fabrics
